Your tasks:

  • Creation of calculations and offers including their follow-up
  • Telephone support for customers and their concerns
  • Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements and formulation of solution approaches in cooperation with the relevant departments in the company
  • Creation of needs analyses
  • Creation of company and customer presentations
  • Check the content of non-disclosure agreements, LOIs, supplier guidelines and framework agreements
  • Sales and capacity planning in cooperation with production management
  • Determination of customer classification
