Das erwartet Dich

Bestandsüberwachung:

• Überwachung und Analyse der Lagerbestände zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Verfügbarkeit von Produkten unter Berücksichtigung der Mindesthaltbarkeit entsprechend der Artikel- und Kundengruppen
• Implementierung und Kontrolle von Bestandsmanagementstrategien zur Vermeidung von Überbeständen und Engpässen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Bestandsberichten sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Bestandsprüfungen

Prozessüberwachung:

• Überwachung und Optimierung der Supply Chain Prozesse zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
• Implementierung und Kontrolle von Qualitätsstandards
• Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung

Disposition:

• Planung und Steuerung der Materialbedarfe und -bestellungen sowie unserer Lieferanten und ihrer Auslieferung
• Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und kostenoptimierten Beschaffung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung der Lieferqualität und -zuverlässigkeit

Absatz- und Beschaffungsplanung:

• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Absatz- und Beschaffungsstrategien
• Verantwortung in der Erstellung von Bedarfsprognosen und Produktionsplänen in Abstimmung mit den relevanten Abteilungen
• Analyse von Markt- und Verkaufsdaten zur Anpassung der Planungen

Das bringst Du mit

Bildung

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

Erfahrung

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Supply Chain oder Logistik

Fachliche Kenntnisse

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Bestandsmanagement, Disposition und Prozessoptimierung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Retail
• Kenntnisse in der Steuerung, Planung und Dokumentation von Geschäftsvorgängen in SAP oder anderen Warenwirtschaftssystemen

Fähigkeiten

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your Tasks

Inventory monitoring:

• Monitoring and analyzing stock levels to ensure optimal availability of products, taking into account minimum shelf life according to item and customer groups
• Implementation and control of inventory management strategies to avoid overstocking and bottlenecks
• Creating and maintaining inventory reports and carrying out regular inventory checks

Process monitoring:

• Monitoring and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure smooth operations
• Implementation and control of quality standards
• Analyzing and improving existing processes to increase efficiency

Material planning:

• Planning and controlling material requirements and orders as well as our suppliers and their delivery
• Ensuring timely and cost-optimized procurement
• Cooperation with suppliers to ensure delivery quality and reliability

Sales and procurement planning:

• Participation in the development and implementation of sales and procurement strategies
• Responsibility for creating demand forecasts and production plans in coordination with the relevant departments
• Analysis of market and sales data to adjust planning

Your Qualification

Education:

• Completed studies in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable education

Experience

• Several years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics

Specialist knowledge

• Sound knowledge in the areas of inventory management, scheduling and process optimization, preferably in the retail sector
• Knowledge of controlling, planning and documenting business transactions in SAP or other merchandise management systems

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Business fluent in German and English
