Das erwartet Dich

Operativ:

Termin- und erfolgsorientierte Organisation des Lieferantenpools mit Sachkenntnis und Durchsetzungskraft
Koordination der Aktivitäten bei Lieferanten, ggf. Vorbereitung von Lieferantenwechsel
Engpassmanagement und -steuerung bei Lieferproblemen
Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Beschaffungstools
Optimierung von bestehenden Verpackungsmaterialien
Identifizierung, Qualifizierung und Auditierung neuer Lieferanten, auch vor Ort
Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten und bei Investitionsvorhaben
Überwachung der Lagerbestände und Ermittlung des Einkaufsbedarfs
Reisetätigkeiten
Abteilungsübergreifendes Mitwirken bei neuen Projekten

Administrativ:

Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit und Lieferbereitschaft je nach Bedarf in Abstimmung mit unserer SCM-Abteilung
Absatz-, Produkt-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
Verwaltung, Auswertung, Analyse und Dokumentation von Transaktionen, Bestellungen, Lieferungen und Zahlungen

Das bringst Du mit

Bildung:

Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium

Erfahrung:

Erfahrung im Einkauf und idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Süßware, Kategorie Protein und/ oder Rohstofferzeugung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP

Fähigkeiten/Kenntnisse:

Hohes Maß an Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Konzeptionell-strategisches Denken und vorausschauendes Handeln bei hoher Ergebnisorientierung

Your Tasks

Operational:

Deadline and success-oriented organization of the supplier pool with expertise and assertiveness
Coordination of activities with suppliers, preparation of supplier changes if necessary
Bottleneck management and control in the event of supply problems
Further development of existing procurement tools
Optimization of existing packaging materials
Identifying, qualifying and auditing new suppliers, including on site
Contract negotiations with suppliers and for investment projects
Monitoring stock levels and determining purchasing requirements
Travel activities
Cross-departmental involvement in new projects

Administrative:

Ensuring availability and delivery readiness as required in coordination with our SCM department
Sales, product, market and competition analyses
Managing, evaluating, analyzing and documenting transactions, orders, deliveries and payments

Your Qualification

Bildung:

Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium

Erfahrung:
