Das erwartet Dich- Kunden- und serviceorientierte Betreuung der Auftragsannahme und -abwicklung
- Erfolgreiche und kundenorientierte Beratung unserer Kunden (off-/online, Telefonberatung)
- Gezielte Steuerung und Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Betreuung unserer Kunden (Reseller, Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, Handelsagenturen, Amazon und Endkunden)
- Abstimmung mit der Logistik zur Warenverfügbarkeit
- Schnittstellenmanagement mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Logistik, Marketing, Finance und Supply Chain
- Verantwortung für die Reklamationsabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistik
- Einwandfreie Bereitstellung von Zoll- und Exportunterlagen
Bildung:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandel
Erfahrung:
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lagerverwaltung und Kundenbetreuung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP)
Fachliche Kenntnisse:
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP/Warenwirtschaftssystemen
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis
Fähigkeiten:
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und lösungsorientierte Problembehandlung
- Strukturierte und eigeninitiierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität und proaktives, kundenorientiertes Engagement
- Offenes Auftreten und gute Teamfähigkeiten
- Planungs-, Steuerungs- und Kontrollkompetenz

Your Tasks- Customer and service-oriented support for order acceptance and processing
- Successful and customer-oriented advice to our customers (off/online, telephone advice)
- Targeted management and ensuring the smooth support of our customers (resellers, food retailers, retail agencies, Amazon and end customers)
- Coordination with logistics on the availability of goods and
- Interface management with the sales, logistics, marketing, finance and supply chain departments
- Responsibility for complaints processing in collaboration with logistics
- Flawless provision of customs and export documents
Education:
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in the field of wholesale and foreign trade
Experience:
- At least two years of professional experience in warehouse management and customer service
- Experience in working with ERP systems (ideally SAP)
Specialist knowledge:
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge in the use of ERP/merchandise management systems
