Deine Aufgaben- Helfende Tätigkeit beim Auf-, Um- und Abbau von einfachen Arbeits- und Schützgerüsten bis hin zu technisch anspruchsvollen Gerüstkonstruktionen
- Be- und Entladung der Fahrzeuge auf der Baustelle
- Pflege und Instandhaltung des Materials
- Erste Erfahrung im Gerüstbau oder im baunahen Bereich von Vorteil
- Teamfähigkeit, handwerkliches Geschick, körperliche Belastbarkeit
- Führerschein Klasse B (von Vorteil)
- Tagesspesen bei Baustelleneinsätzen in Höhe von 14 € pro Tag
- Übertarifliche Spesen bei Montagetätigkeit - 24 € Spesen bei An- und Abreise und 38 € Spesen bei ganztägiger Abwesenheit
- Prämien in Höhe von bis zu 1.000 € - Mitarbeiter-werben-Mitarbeiter-Prämie
- alle Leistungen aus dem Rahmentarifvertrag Gerüstbau - z.B. Urlaubsgeld, zusätzliches Urlaubsgeld und 13. Monatseinkommen
- Zuschläge bei außergewöhnlichen Arbeitszeiten - Sonntags-, Feiertags- oder Nachtschichtzuschläge
- Zuschuss zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge in Höhe von 25% und zu vermögenswirksamen Leistungen von bis zu 26,59 € / Monat

Your mission- Assisting with the erection, conversion and dismantling of simple working and shoring scaffolding through to technically sophisticated scaffolding constructions
- Loading and unloading vehicles on the construction site
- Care and maintenance of the material
- Initial experience in scaffolding construction or in the construction-related sector is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, manual dexterity, physical resilience
- Class B driving licence (an advantage)
- Daily allowance of € 14 per day for construction site assignments
- Above-tariff expenses for assembly work - €24 expenses for travelling to and from work and €38 expenses for full-day absence
