As an Office Manager, your role goes beyond simply creating a welcoming atmosphere; it involves establishing the backbone of a well-organized and efficient office environment. Your mission is to implement structure and processes that ensure our workspace runs smoothly. With your process-driven mindset, you'll take the lead in building an environment that thrives on both efficiency and positivity.

• Infuse positive energy into the work environment, bringing smiles to the faces of employees, applicants, suppliers, and visitors
• Collaborate closely with our team of two Office Managers to enhance the workspace, fostering sustainability and a process-oriented workflow for all internal employees
• Take ownership of your administrative area, maintaining a vigilant focus on office processes and continually seeking opportunities for improvement
• Manage packages and deliveries, track orders, and proactively coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of necessary goods and materials
• Oversee the ordering of essential items such as Sunday products, flowers, birthday gifts, and healthy snacks to enrich the office experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Administration, Office Management, Reception & Front Desk, Hospitality, Business Operations, or Operations Management
• Alternatively, you might be considering a career change, bringing with you a winning personality and a strong, structured, and process-oriented mindset
• A strong desire to take ownership, introducing clear processes and structure to enhance overall efficiency.
• A conscientious and independent working style, with excellent prioritization skills
• An open, helpful, and patient nature, with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with others
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
• Availability for at least 30 hours per week; a Class B driving license is an asset
