Software-Design und Entwicklung:

Anforderungsanalyse: Du versteht und analysierst Benutzeranforderungen, um maßgeschneiderte Softwarelösungen zu entwickeln.
Software-Architektur: Erstelle innovative Designpläne und wähle die passenden Lösung für ein robustes und skalierbares System.
Coding: Schreibe sauberen, effizienten und wartbaren Code, der Designstandards entspricht.

Testen und Debugging:

Testing: Entwickle und führe (automatische) Tests für einzelne Komponenten durch, um ihre Funktionalität zu gewährleisten.

Wartung und Optimierung:

Software-Updates: Führe kontinuierliche Integrationen durch, um Features zu erweitern, Bugs zu beheben und Sicherheitslücken zu schließen.
Dokumentation & Support: Du pflegst ausreichende Dokumentationen und bietest den Stakeholdern technischen Support, um die Nutzung der Software zu erleichtern.

Deployment und Monitoring:

Automatisiertes Deployment: Setze auf CI/CD-Pipelines, um neue Software-Versionen sicher und effizient auszurollen.
Systemüberwachung: Überwache kontinuierlich das Systemverhalten nach dem Deployment, um potenzielle Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen und sofort zu reagieren.

Das bist Du

Erfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 8 Jahre als Software Engineer mit.
Allrounder: Du hast bereits einige Programmiersprachen kennengelernt und bist flexibel in der Wahl der Technologie.
Keep it Simple: Du weißt, dass die beste Lösung oft die einfachste ist und setzt auf klare, verständliche Ansätze.
Done is Better than Perfect: Du verlierst Dich nicht in Perfektion, sondern näherst Dich schrittweise an und legst Wert darauf, funktionierende Lösungen schnell zu liefern.
Entscheidungsstärke: Du triffst fundierte Entscheidungen, agierst bei Bedarf schnell und erkennst, wann tiefere Planung nötig ist.
Nice-to-have: Kenntnisse in Go, Kotlin und Kubernetes sind ein Plus.

Your mission

Software design and development

Requirements Analysis: Understand and analyze user requirements to develop customized software solutions.
Software architecture: Create innovative design plans and choose the right solution for a robust and scalable system.
Coding: Write clean, efficient and maintainable code that meets design standards.

Testing and debugging

Testing: Develop and execute (automated) tests for individual components to ensure their functionality.

Maintenance and Optimization

Software updates: Perform continuous integrations to enhance features, fix bugs and close security gaps.
Documentation & Support: Maintain sufficient documentation and provide technical support to stakeholders to facilitate the use of the software.

Deployment and monitoring

Automated deployment: Rely on CI/CD pipelines to roll out new software versions safely and efficiently.

Your profile

Experience: You have at least 8 years as a software engineer.
Allrounder:You have already learned several programming languages and are flexible in your choice of technology.

Done is Better than Perfect: You don't get lost in perfection, but approach it step by step and attach importance to delivering working solutions quickly.
