Support for all departments in the development of operational measures
Quantification of operational measure effects and controlling of measure implementation
Interface communication between specialist departments and data engineering
Modeling of business processes
Conducting internal training courses, meetings and workshops and change management
Executing data analyses and creating presentations
Supporting digitalization measures, including benchmarking system solutions and tools
Maintaining the internal knowledge database
Further development of business processes in your own area of responsibility and tasks

your profile

Graduated in business administration, industrial engineering or (business) informatics, alternatively completed commercial training combined with several years of professional experience
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of MS PowerPoint
High IT affinity and a structured way of working
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Very good communication skills, high assertiveness and ability to moderate
Ability to work under pressure, creativity and curiosity
Willingness to take on responsibility and motivation to further develop your own knowledge and area of responsibility
Ability to work in a team and a sense of humor
