We as help alliance are the Lufthansa Group's own aid organization and create a positive impact worldwide with our projects and volunteers. Support us as a team assistant:

Our donors are important to us, and you will show them this both on the phone and when processing their email enquiries
You will support our fundraising team with operational issues, including fundraising campaigns, data management and event support
HR is close to your heart: you take care of the recruitment processes and personnel administration for our team
You will be the master of our office management and coordinator for team days and events

Completed training or studies in the commercial sector
High motivation for fundraising topics
Systematic, careful and independent way of working as well as a great organizational talent
Preferably (initial) professional experience as a team assistant or in the back office
High sense of responsibility and willingness to provide service
Enjoy working in a team
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Fluency in German and English

help alliance is the aid organization of the Lufthansa Group and its employees. Under its umbrella, the non-profit organization supports numerous projects worldwide that provide access to education, especially for young people. Our focus is schooling and vocational training as the key to effective poverty prevention. For each project a Lufthansa Group employee takes personal responsibility and is often supported by other colleagues. With the professional supervision by the help alliance's project portfolio management, the help reaches exactly where it is needed. Synergies within the Group can be optimally exploited through cooperation with the various Lufthansa Group units.
