Aufgaben und Qualifikationen:

Your tasks:
As Head of (m/f/d) Digital Innovation - Marketing & Sales, you ensure that our organization remains at the forefront of digital innovation while delivering exceptional customer experience
You identify, develop and implement digital, data-driven solutions in the fields of marketing and sales that drive customer experience, growth and efficiency
You are passionate about creating seamless and personalized customer journeys across all touchpoints and channels to enable an integrated omnichannel marketing and sales landscape
You support our salesforce with AI-generated tools for predicting customer behaviour and next best activities
You facilitate the testing of new concepts in agile proof-of-concept projects via pilots while implementing a KPI-driven success measurement as a basis for a company-wide implementation
In parallel, the adoption of new solutions and change management needs to be driven proactively
You develop strategic roadmaps to ensure the implementation of marketing & sales innovation projects aligned with the business goals and the company’s strategy
You run cross-functional projects in close collaboration with our brands and sales regions and steer all stakeholders & project members towards success
You lead a diverse team of highly skilled and motivated team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support for success and growth

Your qualifications:
You have a proven experience and track record as a director / head of / senior project manager in the role of delivering innovative digital solutions within the sales & marketing area
You have a strong knowledge of digitalization technologies and methods, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and sales enablement tools
You demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of customer experience management, multi-channel commerce as well as end-to-end marketing & sales processes
In addition, you will bring project management experience in managing initiatives, monitoring progress and planning changes during the project life-cycle
You have the ability to simplify complex situations and implement pragmatic solution, while securing efficient use of resources
You already have solid experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with business partners to drive project success
Strategic visionary thinking and the ability to identify business innovation opportunities
You demonstrate a strong „can & will do mentality“ and get things done
You speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills, German is a plus
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, sales and marketing, information technology or a related field from leading universities
