Your mission

We are seeking a creative and motivated working student in Marketing and Social Media Content Manager to join our innovative life science company focused on targeted respiratory drug delivery solutions for two days a week (16h/week). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Medical & Scientific Affairs department to enhance our online presence by developing educational and engaging content about respiratory therapies. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our digital strategy, ensuring that our content aligns with Pulmotree’s brand identity and effectively reaches our audience. You will be involved in content creation, graphic design, platform management, and analytics, playing a key role in communicating our expertise to the public.

Content Creation and Graphic Design:

• Develop high-quality, attention-grabbing content for Pulmotree’s online platforms, particularly LinkedIn and our website.
• Create visually appealing images, infographics, videos, and other multimedia content to support social media posts, online campaigns, and website content.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all content in collaboration with the Medical & Scientific Affairs team.

Platform Management and Analytics:

• Support the day-to-day management of our social platforms, including planning, scheduling, and posting content primarily on LinkedIn and our website.
• Track and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns, generating actionable insights to optimize strategies.
• Stay updated with ongoing social media trends and implement them effectively across our channels.

Educational Content Development:

• Collaborate with the Medical & Scientific Affairs team to produce educational materials that simplify complex medical and scientific concepts for our audience.
• Ensure that content is accessible and engaging, helping users understand and connect with Pulmotree’s expertise in respiratory therapies.

Your profile

• Enrolled student in the field of Communication or Media Studies, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience in content creation and social media marketing
• Proficiency with image editing platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Affinity for life sciences and health topics is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work on-site in Munich (no 100% remote work).

Wir suchen eine/n kreative/n und motivierte/n Werkstudent/in im Bereich Marketing und Social Media Content Management für unser innovatives Life-Science-Unternehmen, das sich auf Lösungen für die gezielte Verabreichung von Medikamenten in die Lunge konzentriert. In dieser Funktion wirst du eng mit der Abteilung Medical & Scientific Affairs zusammenarbeiten, um unsere Online-Präsenz durch die Entwicklung lehrreicher und ansprechender Inhalte über Atemwegstherapien zu verbessern. Diese Position bietet eine einmalige Gelegenheit, zu unserer digitalen Strategie beizutragen und sicherzustellen, dass unsere Inhalte mit der Markenidentität von Pulmotree übereinstimmen und unser Publikum effektiv erreichen. Du wirst an der Erstellung von Inhalten, der grafischen Gestaltung, dem Plattformmanagement und der -analyse beteiligt sein und eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Vermittlung unseres Fachwissens an die Öffentlichkeit spielen.

Content Creation und Grafikdesign

• Entwickle hochwertige, aufmerksamkeitsstarke Inhalte für die Online-Plattformen von Pulmotree, insbesondere LinkedIn und unsere Websites.
• Erstelle visuell ansprechende Bilder, Infografiken, Videos und andere Multimedia-Inhalte zur Unterstützung von Social-Media-Posts, Online-Kampagnen und Website-Inhalten.
• In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Medical & Scientific Affairs Team sorgst du für einen einheitlichen Tonfall und eine einheitliche Markenidentität über alle Inhalte.

Plattformmanagement und Analytik:

• Unterstütze Sie das tägliche Management unserer sozialen Plattformen, einschließlich der Planung, Terminierung und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten, vor allem auf LinkedIn und unserer Website.
• Verfolge und analysiere LinkedIn-Leistungskennzahlen, um die Effektivität digitaler Kampagnen zu bewerten und umsetzbare Erkenntnisse zur Optimierung von Strategien zu gewinnen.
• Halte dich über aktuelle Social-Media-Trends auf dem Laufenden und setze diese effektiv in unseren Kanälen um.

Entwicklung von Bildungsinhalten:

• Kooperiere mit dem Medical & Scientific Affairs Team zusammen, um Schulungsmaterialien zu erstellen, die komplexe medizinische und wissenschaftliche Konzepte für unsere Zielgruppe vereinfachen.
• Stelle sicher, dass die Inhalte zugänglich und ansprechend sind und den Nutzern helfen, das Fachwissen von Pulmotree im Bereich Atemwegstherapien zu verstehen.

Dein Profil

• Du bist immatrikuliert im Bereich Kommunikation oder Medienwissenschaften, Marketing, Grafikdesign oder einem verwandten Bereich.
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Content und im Social Media Marketing
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Bildbearbeitungsplattformen wie Canva, Adobe Photoshop und CapCut.
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von LinkedIn mit der Fähigkeit, Daten zu analysieren und umsetzbare Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen.
• Kreative und innovative Denkweise mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Die Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem Team zu arbeiten.
