CRM Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

And that's not the end of the story - we have a lot more to come, with new categories, new products and multiple growth opportunities.

• Coordinate and supervise the global newsletter planning on a monthly basis with the Junior CRM Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and best practices.
• Implement the DACH newsletter planning on a weekly basis.
• Support marketing goals with direct mailings, occasional flyers, and web push notifications.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement ongoing improvements.
• Assist in implementing CRM campaigns across multiple countries and channels, including automated lifecycle programs and list-building initiatives for our brands AVA & MAY and CLUB NOÉ.
• Report on CRM performance, continuously track, and enhance relevant KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager and coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and content, to deliver targeted messages effectively and ensure a data-driven approach.

• Previous experience in CRM, email marketing, and/or marketing automation, preferably in direct-to-consumer e-commerce.
• Proficiency in creating and designing emails, including content creation and creative requests.
• Ability to work closely with various departments, such as Creative, Engineering, Business Information, and Campaign Teams.
• Understanding of email KPIs and CRM metrics, including CLV, OR, and CTR, with strong reporting and analysis skills, particularly using Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM tools; Klaviyo experience is a strong plus.
• Native German speaker with fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, capable of independent work, taking calculated risks, and effective team collaboration.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor other team members effectively, are a plus.
