Digital Business Consultant – Content (f/m/x)

Your Responsibilities
You work together with the customer’s stakeholders and the internal team on requirements elicitation and requirements management
You advise and implement headless CMS solutions and DAM systems for our customers
You develop and optimize content data models, taxonomies and metadata structures
You implement tagging strategies to improve content management and search
You train and support customers in the use and administration of the CMS and DAM
You develop ideas and best practices on the topic of “AI enhanced content” in collaboration with our AI experts

You have in-depth knowledge and experience with headless CMS (e.g. Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok) and DAM systems (e.g. Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager Assets)
You have expertise in content modeling, tagging and metadata management, with a focus on structured content types
You have strong technical skills and experience in integrating CMS and DAM systems with other systems
You think analytically and have problem-solving skills with a “fail forward” mentality
You have a basic understanding of AI enhanced content or have a broad interest in it
You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English
